Carrier Information

Arctic Foods ships all packages via UPS. Shop Nationwide automatically assigns a shipping speed (UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Ground) dependent on your location and applies a discounted rate for orders under $175.00

Shipping Windows

All Shop Nationwide orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt Monday-Thursday. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If you are depending on a Friday shipment, please call our Customer Service number (908) 689-0590 Ext. 106 and we will discuss the available options.

Quality Assurance

All products shipped are cut to order ensure your package will arrive in excellent condition. You will receive your items in an insulated cooler inside of a corrugated box with ice packs. All Items received will be cold to the touch.

Refund Policy

Our Shop Nationwide program was established in the early 2000’s and we have been successfully shipping product since then! Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control delays or damages can occur from time to time. If this is the case with your order, please take pictures of your product and email customerservice@arcticfoods.com along with your order details and concern. We will address the problem immediately and issue a refund or ship new product.
